The service
Red combines a private comedy-writing workspace with optional AI features. You decide which ideas to keep and what to perform or publish. AI suggestions can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to material generated elsewhere. Red cannot guarantee originality, ownership rights in generated output, bookings or audience response.
Your material
You retain rights you already hold in the work you bring to Red. You must have permission to upload files, recordings and other people’s information. The launch terms will grant only the processing rights needed to provide the service, protect it and follow the law. They must not turn your writing into public marketing material without your permission.
Your account
Keep your passphrase and recovery links private. Use the device controls to manage access. Do not attempt to access another account, interfere with the service or upload unlawful content. Export work you want to keep independently.
Membership and usage
The planned base price is $9.99 per month, plus applicable tax. Included allowances are still being tested. See the working membership baseline. No live subscription, annual offer or promotion is available from this preview.
Before payment is enabled, checkout and the final terms must agree on included usage, optional refill prices, carryover and expiry, renewal dates, cancellation, refunds and what remains accessible after a subscription ends. Optional automatic refills must require an explicit choice and a spending cap.
Connected services and availability
Third-party services have their own permissions and terms. Connections can be unavailable or need reauthorization. Imports depend on the source export. Offline features depend on what the device has downloaded; AI and connected services require internet access.
